By accessing or using Pumplr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pumplr is a cloud-based pool service management platform that provides route management, customer management, water chemistry tracking, service reporting, invoicing, and related tools for pool service professionals.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to pool service business operations. You may not use the Service to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' access to the Service.
You retain ownership of all data you input into Pumplr, including customer information, service records, and photographs. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely to provide the Service.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks, Stripe, and SendGrid. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will provide advance notice when possible.
Pumplr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
